Farewell to June! Thanks to everyone who made our first month a great one! We are looking forward to another great month of PRs and expanding our community this July.
**New classes added** Monday June 30 will be our first 6am morning class. We will offer this class Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Also, we will now have a 12:00pm class on Tuesdays.
***On Friday, July 4th, we will have one class at 10:00am. Come out and start your celebration of our great nation with a good sweat!***
