Free class for anyone who wants to try us out 8:30am!

Open gym 9-12.

Beginning this week we will post a workout for Saturdays. It’s still open gym time so feel free to make up a workout from earlier in the week or spend time working on your skills.

Take 20 minutes to work on a weakness

5 sets:
300 m shuttle sprint
1 50 m yoke carry
1 50 m sled drag
*rest as needed between sets
