Take 20 minutes to work up to a heavy single front squat

For score- With 12 minutes on the clock perform:
25 deadlifts (185/135)
25 lateral burpees over the bar
25 wall balls
25 lateral burpees over the bar
25 deadlifts
400m run
In the remaining time AMRAP kb swings for score (70/53)
