Monday-Tuesday normal hours
Wednesday 6am, 12pm, 4pm, 5:15pm
Thursday open gym 9-11am
Friday 10:30am

5×3 front squat from the floor

Partner wod, 15 min AMRAP:
One partner working at a time
2 deadlifts (155/115)
2 box jumps
2 shoulder to overhead (155/115
4 deadlifts
4 box jumps
4 shoulder to overhead
*Continue through the workout adding two reps each round until time expires
*Teams can break up the work any way they choose but must tag between each transition
