With a 12 minute running clock…
4 minute AMRAP:
Ascending ladder by 2 of
2 thrusters (95/65)
2 lateral burpees over the bar
4 thrusters
4 lateral burpees over the bar, etc.
Then, 4 minute AMRAP:
Ascending ladder by 2 of
2 deadlifts (135/95)
2 lateral burpees over the bar, etc.
At the 8 minute mark until time expires:
Run 400m
50 wall balls
There are three scores for this workout:
1. First 4 min AMRAP
2. Second 4 min AMRAP
3. Finish time OR total wall balls completed
4 minute cumulative plank hold. Weighted if possible.
