Don’t forget to sign up for the kickstart challenge before Saturday! You can weigh in and get measured after class or at an info session on Thursday at 6:30 or Saturday at 11:30. The benchmark workout will be programmed on Friday for the gym. You can make it up during open gym if you are unable to make it to class on Friday. We look forward to big changes during the challenge!
