On minute one, complete two burpees over a loaded barbell (95/65)
On minute two, complete four burpees over the bar
Continue ascending by twos until you cannot completed the reps under one minute
*twenty minute time cap

Rest 2 minutes after you end the first portion of the WOD

Then, 3 min AMRAP:
Thrusters (95/65)
