On a 15 minute running clock complete the following:

9 min AMRAP:

15 toes to bar, 10 deadlifts (115/75), 5 snatches (115/75)

Immediately into 6 minutes to establish 1 rep max clean and jerk.


Our kickstart challenge ends this Saturday. Today’s WOD is the challenge WOD and performance will be used as part of determining our winners. Come on out an beat your scores from 6 weeks ago! If you are doing the challenge but are unable to make it in today, be sure to complete the WOD during open gym this week.
