Great work over the weekend by all on 15.1. If you haven’t signed up yet, it’s not too late! Sign up here and submit your scores by 8pm. 

Today, athletes will have the option to complete open workout 15.1 or the following:

25 min AMRAP:

With a partner, one person runs 800m while the other rows for max meters. When the running athlete returns, athletes switch. Scores are max meters rowed and distance ran. 

Then, 75 abmat sit-ups.
