(1 Athlete Must Hold Deadlift While Wallballs are performed)

Box Jumps (30/24)
Squat Cleans (135/95)

(1 Athlete Must Hold Barbell off ground while box jumps are performed)

-Rest 1 min

36-24-15

Burpees to a 6″ Target
T2B

(1 Athlete must hang while burpees are performed)

-Time Cap and Time includes rest time
-Athletes can break up the reps anyway needed
-Keep accurate Rest times
