Partner “Cindy”:
20 min AMRAP: 

5 pull ups

10 push ups

15 air squats 

*partners alternate movements

At the 20 minute mark, begin 800m run for time. On the run, the team must carry an object of their choice (wall ball, slam ball or kettle bell). One second will be subtracted from the run time for each pound carried on the run. 

Each team will have two scores -one for rounds completed on Cindy and one for the run
