Holiday week hours:
Tuesday: normal hours
Wednesday: 6am, 10am, 12pm, 4pm and 5:30pm
Thursday (Thanksgiving): 9am group class
Friday: 9am and 10am
Saturday: Open gym 9-12

15 minutes kipping practice (muscle ups, pull ups, etc.)

Partner WOD:
5 minute AMRAP rope climbs
rest 1 minute
5 minute AMRAP box jumps (30/24)
rest 1 minute
5 minute AMRAP burpees
