Healthy Living Challenge Benchmark WOD!!!

2min AMRAP of Bench Press
M: 75/95/135/155/205
F: 45/65/85/105/135

Rest 5mins then:

2min AMRAP Back Squat
F: 65/85/125/155

Rest 5mins then:

8min AMRAP of:
5 Thrusters (95/65)
10 Lateral over the bar burpees

*Use the same weight as you did at the start of the challenge
*You may rest as needed during the 2min AMRAP
*Remember to be eligible for the final prizes you must complete the weigh in and measurements as well as the Benchmark WOD.
