150 KB swings (53/35)
150 push ups
100 weighted Box step ups (24/20-55/35 lb dumbbells)
100 cal row
75 wall ball (30/20)
25 rope climbs
*one team member must hold the dumbbells off the ground throughout the workout
*one team member works at a time on the chipper
*25 min time cap
