A few exciting announcements:
1. We will be having a celebration at the end of the open on April 3 at the gym starting at 1 pm. Come out and celebrate all the hard work put in by our community throughout the open. Details and sign up on the board!!
2. Coach Cara is starting a new nutrition challenge on April 4. Sign up here if you are interested!
3. We will be adding a new 10am class beginning Tuesday, April 5!

25 air squats
25 abmat sit ups
25 push ups
