Thursday: Open Gym 4-7pm
Friday: 6am, 12pm, 4:30pm
Saturday: Open Gym 9am-12pm

15mins of Odd Object Work:
-Use the Yoke for some carries (Not Too Heavy)
-Use the D-Balls for Shouldering (start light and work up to the 150 if you like)

Wallball (30/20, 10/9)(20/14, 9ft)
-Athlete #1 begins the AMRAP while Athlete #2 starts to Row for Calories, at the 3min Mark Athletes will switch movements, Athlete #2 will pick up where Athlete #1 was on the AMRAP. The Athletes will continue to switch every 3 mins until the Time has expired.
