During the the week of the CrossFit Games we will have a few schedule changes due coaching Dewayne as he crushes it out in California. There will be no ten am class on 7/18, 7/19, and 7/20. Also, there will be no 6am class on 7/22. All other classes and open gym times will follow the regular schedule.

Partner WOD, for time:
30 clean and jerks (135/95)
400m run together
30 snatches (135/95)
400m run together
Heavy “Karen”
150 wallballs (30/20-10/9ft)
*split the work any way you choose
*anytime the wallball is dropped or transitioned one partner must do 5 burpees
*modify as needed
*timecap: 24 minutes
