Dewayne pulled out an epic event 5 win today and is currently in 9th place in the masters 55-59 division at the CrossFit Games! Check out our CrossFit North Charleston Fan Club page for the live video in case you missed it! Dewayne competes in event 6 tomorrow at 1:45pm. The top ten go on to the final TBA!

Open gym today 4-7, no 6am class Friday
