Baseline WOD: (Reps+Time)

4min AMRAP
25 Cal Row (50 Cal AB)
50 Wallballs (20/14)
25 Box Overs (24/20)
50 S2O (75/55)
25 Bar Facing Burpees

Rest 3mins
Then repeat workout for time
-Modify as needed
-Record Score and time with mods so you can repeat at the end of the challenge
