I’m an extreme extrovert, therefore I love people and life! Nothing makes me more excited than being around awesome people and just living life to the fullest!

Describe your experience at CFNC.
CFNC is the best box I’ve ever been to hands down! I love the positive energy but most of all the programming and quality of coaches. I’ve been crossfitting for 4 years and the last two years that I’ve been with CFNC have been second to none! Never a dull moment and always getting me better.

What are your major life goals?

What has been your favorite CrossFit moment so far?
I absolutely loved the last two competitions I have been in. Preparing for them has been awesome. I look forward to more competitions soon.

What are your 3 major CrossFit goals?
1. To have more endurance and engine.
2. Be able to do handstand walks without falling.
3. Be able to snatch 275#

What has been your favorite CrossFit WOD and why?
Anything with heavy power cleans or snatches and pull-ups or muscle-ups. I love gymnastics movements and heavy lifting.

Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
Hopefully back in Charleston after my Permanent Change of Station in Germany. Katie and I will probably be starting a family and buying a house.
