We will be finishing up a lifting cycle this week and maxing out our Olympic lifts and squats over the next 10 days, so make sure you are hitting your percentages and recovering correctly.

We will also have 4 teams over the next week completing the WZA qualifiers so if you see them hitting the workouts in between classes or in the back make sure you give them a shout of encouragement!!! Last year we qualified 2 teams and this year we are looking to qualify 4 different teams!!!
