Congratulations to Amy Carroll, our April Athlete of the Month! She’s been a pillar of our 6 am class since she joined over two years ago. Over the past year, she had a few major surgeries and due to her personal commitment to health she’s come back stronger than ever. She’s truly demonstrated what we’re all about at CFNC through her dedication and commitment to a healthy lifestyle.
What makes you, you?
My laugh…no really, I think it’s my positive approach in everything I do. It keeps me going and it keeps me hopeful. My laugh just makes it easy for people to pick me out in a crowdJ
Describe your experience at CFNC.
What an amazing experience CFNC has been. I knew when I walked in the gym that CFNC was my new home. The gym had a great vibe and you could feel the camaraderie (which says a lot for a 6am crowd!). Thanks to CFNC, I have grown stronger mentally and physically. I have no doubt this new found strength allowed me to quickly overcome some physical set backs in 2016.
