What makes you, you?
Well for me I’m immediately very quite, that’s due to the fact that I’m very shy, but once I break through that barrier I’ve very open with you and I personally enjoy one on ones and getting to know people for who they really are. Secondly implementing Jesus into my daily life inside and outside of the gym!
Describe your experience at CFNC?
Amazing! For me the class aspect and working out with others drew me in instantly!
What are your major life goals?
Be the best version of myself day in and day out, marry Avery, buy a house.
What are your 3 major CrossFit goals?
1. Win a local competition
2. Be under 10,000 in the Open
3. Go to regionals as a competitor
What has been your favorite CrossFit moment so far?
For me it’s being able to do double unders in a WOD (not well, but they get done), and also doing every Open workout RX
What has been your favorite CrossFit WOD and why?
10 deadlifts @ 225
20 wall balls 20/14
Because it was the first real workout I gave into the pain cave and it was probably the 3rd Crossfit WOD I’d ever done.
Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
Married to Avery still living in SC and coming into the gym everyday getting better.
Share a recipe for a favorite clean meal.
I’m boring so for me just a chicken breast with some seasoning and some broccoli.
What is your favorite cheat meal?
What is the most challenging aspect of CrossFit?
Putting in hard work when trying to better weaknesses. Like HSPU and DU!
What advice would you give to someone new to CrossFit?
Scaling a workout is okay, that’s why coming in everyday and bettering YOU is what it’s all about.
