Well The open is come and Gone and Summer is right around the corner! We will be starting a General Strength cycle that will help improve our overall strength and muscle endurance. Please record your weights!

The MOST IMPORTANT part of the program is nutrition and recovery, so if you are putting in the work and hitting it hard you will need to NUTRITION HARD!

-Back Squat daily 5RM
-Then 85% of 5RM for 5+ reps
