We will be running regular gym schedule and monitoring the situation of COVID-19 in the area. The health and safety of our members are at the forefront of what we do here!

If you are sick, stay home, if you have been sick, stay home for a few extra days. If you are taking care of someone with flu like symptoms, stay home!

Everyone is expected to exhibit the recommended personal hygiene (wash your hands, don’t sneeze/cough on people). Don’t be offended if a coach ask you to leave if you are coughing, sneezing, farting in excess during class!
