16 Ab Mat situps
8 Hang Cleans (75/55)
16 AB mat situps
8 Front Squat (75/55)

*can use DB if no barbell. switch arms every 4 reps

*if no equipment
-no weight on lunges
-Sub burpees for hang cleans
-Sub pushups or Cat to overheads for fromt squats
