21 pull-ups
42 double-unders
21 thrusters (weight 1) (95/65)
18 chest-to-bar pull-ups
36 double-unders
18 thrusters (weight 2)(115/75)
15 bar muscle-ups
30 double-unders
15 thrusters (weight 3) (135/85)

*Note Tie break times after each set of Thrusters

Also put 3/26 on your calendar for the end of the open and CFNC social! All are welcome and open athletes will get the shirt they earned!
