**Partners Alt Rounds, Every Break in reps the other partner does 4 Burpees over box (20”).

**Ex. Partner A does 11 Deadlifts then breaks, Partner B must do 4 Burpees before Partner A can continue, follows that pattern for every break in the workout and switch of rounds.
