I was introduced to CrossFit in 2012 and loved how functional it is. I learned so much about how I had been moving incorrectly and immediately started seeing improvements. I felt like I could share my experience with others so decided to get my L1 and start coaching. I’ve always coached the early morning classes. It takes a dedicated group to get up that early and we can hold each other accountable.
I love sharing what I’ve learned so others can learn from my mistakes. Coaching is about relating to people and guiding them to where they want to be. There are competitive athletes, those recovering from injuries or illness, and people just wanting to feel good about themselves. They all have different goals, but seeing them pull/push each other is the most rewarding part of being a coach.
