Wednesday: 6:00 AM, 10:00 AM, 12:00 PM, 4:00 PM, 5:15 PM, 6:30 PM

Thursday: Open Gym 4:00-7:00 PM

Friday: 6:00 AM, 12:00 PM, 4:00 PM, 5:15 PM

Saturday: Open Gym 9:00 AM- 12:00 PM

Group classes and open gym hours are open to all members who have taken the introduction classes or visitors who have previous CrossFit experience (been working out at a CrossFit gym for 3 or more months).

Introduction Classes: All individuals new to CrossFit must participate in the introduction class. Introduction classes consist of a small group of new athletes working with a coach to learn the basic elements necessary to safety participate in CrossFit classes.
