-We will have judges for those signed up
-If you are aren't signed up no need for a judge and can scale as you need like any other workout

3 Lateral Burpees over DB
3 DB Hang Clean to overhead (50/35)
30" Walking Lunge (15'x2)
Add 3 reps to the Burpees and Clean and jerks each round! (ex.3-6-9-12-15-18-21...etc)
